Teia supports organisations to sustainably embed intersectional feminism and anti-racism values and principles through structuralist and systems-based approaches.

She believes transformative change is best achieved when organisations and teams establish power-sensitive values; anchored to their visions for change.

Lauren Burrows is a highly experienced and skilled monitoring, evaluation, and learning specialist. With over nine years of experience in the field, she has a proven track record of designing and implementing effective monitoring and evaluation systems, particularly in conflict-sensitive environments.

One of Lauren's greatest strengths is her commitment to creating fair and inclusive evaluation processes. She has extensive experience in developing Theories of Change, Outcome Harvesting, Contribution Analysis, and Real-Time Evaluations, all aimed at ensuring that all stakeholders' needs are considered and addressed. She is skilled in data analysis, ensuring that organizations receive accurate and insightful feedback that can guide their decision-making and improve their impact, even in the most challenging of circumstances.
