The participatory methodology, which ensured that the voices of stakeholders, particularly those of women and marginalised groups, were heard and amplified, strongly supported ShelterBox’s strategic goal to work more closely with affected populations as well as local and national responders.

Through collaborative efforts, our team articulated a pathway aligned to ShelterBox’s specific needs and context to strengthen its gender and inclusion programming, reinforcing the efficacy and impact of its programmes in the communities it serves and making progress towards the overarching organisational goals of the 2022-2027 Strategy.
